LYNCHBURG, Va. --On "Teal Day" for ovarian cancer awareness, Randolph swept its cross-town rival, 9-0.

First-year Alison Henry (Charlottesville, Va./Albemarle) and junior Patricia Verdezoto (Cuenza, Azuay, Ecuador/Bilingue Interamericano) were strong at top doubles, earning an 8-3 win. They were joined by sophomore Sarah Parker (Washington, D.C. / Sidwell Friends) and junior Danielle Lewis (Kingston, Jamaica/Immaculate Conception) at No. 3, who also cruised, 8-2.
