BRIDGEWATER, Va.- The Randolph men's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to Bridgewater in ODAC play on Friday afternoon. The WildCats fall to 1-3 overall and 0-2 in the conference while the Eagles move to 4-3 and 1-0.
The second doubles pair of Joe Kaneda (Media, Pa./Penncrest) and Daniel Crutcher (Newton, N.C./Maiden) won three games in their match with Nathaniel Horner and Freddie Roberts. Kaneda had a narrow defeat in his first set against Roberts in fourth singles 6-4 and lost 6-1 in the second set. Bradley Strober (Stockton, N.J./Hunterdon Central) was defeated in first singles 6-2, 6-3 by Joe Dillenback.
The WildCats return to their home court with a match against Centre College on Tuesday. Start time is at 3:00 p.m.
