Biography

2015-2016: Finished off a stellar career, cementing herself as one of the best in the history of the program…spent the whole season at number one, where she won 10 matches…finishes her career with 37 wins, the second most in the history of the program…was even better at number one doubles, as she teamed with Jenna Sweet for the whole year…the two were one of the best tandems in the conference, as they won 13 times throughout the year…the 13 propelled her to 40 career doubles victories, the most in the history of the program…will be sorely missed by the WildCats for her efforts during her four years of tennis.

2014-2015: Had a very strong season…primarily played number one in both singles and doubles…in singles won three matches at number one…also added a solid 2-1 record for the WildCats at number two singles…was very steady in doubles, going 6-4 in the ODAC…combined with Jenna Sweet for eight total wins, with all of them coming at number one doubles…will look to finish her career with another great year.

2013-14: Went 12-3 on the season, including 7-3 in ODAC play...was 3-1 at No. 1 and 9-2 at No. 2....won first five matches and eight of the first nine...won the final four matches of the year at singles...third place in the Methodist Invitational...was also 11-6/5-5 in doubles play...started the year 4-0 at doubles...won her only match at No. 1 doubles and played the rest at second doubles...won, 8-5, in the ODAC Quarterfinals at second doubles...helped Randolph to the best record in program history.

2012-13: Stepped right in as a first-year for the WildCats, playing most of her action at the No. 1 singles spot...has a strong forehand...went 10-6 on the season, finishing with the second-most wins on the team...was 3-0 at No. 2 singles and 6-5 at the No. 1 position...won her final three singles'' outings of the year...went 8-9 in doubles'' action this campaign...chalked up wins in four of the final five doubles matches she played...had six wins in her first seven individual matches of the year...earned the team''s MVP award at the postseason awards banquet...will be looked upon for years to come.

Before Randolph: Attended the Colegio Las Fuertes in her native Venezuela...was a strong club tennis player as a prep player.

Personal: Daughter of Hernan Velazco and Dina Fasce...has two brothers, Hernan and Jorge, and one sister, Maria... Dina came to Randolph for the traditions and tight-knit community.
