MISENHEIMER, N.C.- The Randolph men's soccer team made the long trip to the campus if Pfeiffer University on Wednesday. The Falcons tallied a goal in both the first and second halves as they won 2-0 over the WildCats.
Pfeiffer led in total shots 16-6 and 8-1 in shots on goal. Randolph's lone shot on frame came in the first half from Nick Conboy (Suffolk, Va./Nansemond Academy) in the 25th minute.
Dominic Cortes (Annandale, Va./Annandale HS) stopped six shots in the net for the WildCats.
Randolph travels to Hampden-Sydney on Saturday for a non-conference match against the Tigers. Game time will be at 7:00 p.m.
