NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced its Division III Honor Roll on Wednesday afternoon. Randolph was represented by senior midfielder, Maddie Friel.

The IWLCA honored 1,284 student-athletes from 202 different institutions on the 2025 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and earn a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better. 

Friel graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Chemistry and a minor in Comparative Philosophy. She is a member of the Iota Sigma Pi, Omicron Delta Kappa, Chi Alpha Sigma, SUPER program, and Sigma Xi. She was also honored with the James Lewis Howe award for Outstanding Senior in Chemistry. Friel was named to the CSC All-Academic At-Large team as well as the 2024-25 ODAC All-Academic Team. She will be continuing her education this fall at the University of Arizona to get her Ph.D in organic chemistry.
