LYNCHBURG, Va.- The College Sports Communicators released its 2025 Academic All-District Men's and Women's Tennis Teams which recognizes the nation's top students for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Randolph was recognized by Lena Kersten (Bonn. Germany, Otto Kuhne Schule) for the women and Ondra Pelda (Prague, Czech Republic) for the men.

Kersten had another stellar season for the WildCats as she was 19-4 overall in singles play matching the Randolph single season record that she set last season. She had a 9-1 mark in ODAC competition. Kersten helped lead the team to the ODAC semifinals and won both her singles and doubles matches in the quarterfinals and semifinals.

A captain, Kersten's major is Psychology and she is a subject tutor. She is a part of the Randolph Judiciary Committee and involved in Model UN. Kersten is a board member of the Latinx Familia Club and President of the Sophomore class.

Pelda had a 4-5 record in singles play. He was 13-8 playing at doubles and was 11-4 paired with Jacob Martin. The two were 6-2 playing at first doubles.

Pelda's major is Business. He is a captain on the men's team.
