Stark Selected to Women's Basketball Academic All-District Team

GREENWOOD, Ind. - Graduate Kylie Stark of the Randolph College women's basketball team was named to the 2024-2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team announced on Tuesday. It recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. 

To qualify for the honor, student-athletes must hold a 3.50 or higher cumulative GPA and play in 90% or start 66% of their team's contest.

Stark takes home the honor as a graduate student in the Master's in Coaching and Sports Leadership program. The guard played in every game this season for the WildCats as a key starter. Stark led the team in points per game at  15.7%, free throw percentage at 79.3% and assists at 73. She became the program's all-time leader in games started at 106 and minutes played at 3,526 this season. 

Stark was named the 2024-2025 ODAC/VAFB Scholar-Athlete of the Year along with being selected to the All-ODAC First Team. That is her fifth All-ODAC honor in her career to be the first women in ODAC women's basketball history to do this.

Off the court, Stark is a dedicated team captain, Chi Alpha Sigma member, and President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. She plans to pursue a career in college coaching.

Stark was also selected as CSC Academic All-America finalists and will advance to the national ballot to be voted by CSC members. This will be announced April 16, 2025.
