"Disappointing effort tonight all around," said head coach Steve Lanpher.  "I take full responsibility for our lack of execution & effort.  Hats off to Hollins they brought the energy and defensive pressure all night. It's difficult to push reset this late in the season but that's exactly what we'll need to do."

Randolph shot 17-of-60 (28.3%) overall from the floor and 3-of-15 (20%) from behind the three-point arc. Hollins went 19-of-56 (33.9%) and 6-of-18 (33.3%) in three-point attempts. The WildCats led the rebounding battle 46-44.

"How we respond from this disappointment will dictate how we finish our season," stated Lanpher.  "I believe in this team and know we are still capable of greatness but we need to make the appropriate adjustments."

The WildCats travel to Virginia Wesleyan on Saturday. Game time will be at 4:30 p.m.
