LYNCHBURG, Va- The Randolph women's basketball team released its 2022-23 schedule on Monday. The WildCats will play a total of 25 games with 13 home and 12 away.

Four of the first five games to begin the season will be at Giles Gymnasium. The new campaign begins on November 8 against Apprentice School in the first meeting between the two schools since 2005. The team goes on the road at Salem on November 12. The ODAC opener is November 16 against Bridgewater which is the team's Code Black game. The next two home games are against non-conference opponents Carolina University (11/19) and Gallaudet (11/22).

Returning to ODAC competition, the WildCats travel to Winchester to face defending ODAC champion Shenandoah on November 27. A quick trip across town against the University of Lynchburg on November 30 wraps up the first month of the season. December begins with home contests versus Guilford (12/3) and Randolph-Macon (12/7). The WildCats travel to Eastern Mennonite on December 10 and then host Mid-Atlantic Christian on December 17.

The team will travel to Florida to compete in the Daytona Shootout. Randolph will play Stevenson on December 20 and Maryville December 22.

The New Year starts with a road contest at Ferrum on January 4. Home games against Virginia Wesleyan (1/7) and new ODAC member Averett (1/11) follow. Three of the next four contests are on the road. Randolph goes to Roanoke on January 14. After hosting Hollins on January 18, the WildCats are at Washington and Lee (1/21) and Guilford (1/28).

The month of February starts with a home date against the cross-city Hornets on Faculty/Staff Appreciation Day. The team's annual Play 4 Kay game is against Ferrum on February 4. The final road regular season contest is at Randolph-Macon on February 11 with the last home game and Senior Day against Eastern Mennonite on February 18.  

The ODAC Tournament play-in game is February 20 with the quarterfinals starting on February 23.
