Box Score LYNCHBURG, Va.- For the second time this season and for the second time at home, the Randolph women's soccer team played to a scoreless tie. On Tuesday evening at WildCat Stadium, it was against William Peace. Randolph's record now stands at 2-1-2 and the Pacers move to 1-3-1.
Wildcat keeper Deaven Milam (Chesapeake, Va./Western Branch) made her first career start in place of Zoe Waring (Chesapeake, Va./Hickory). Milam made the most of her opportunity as she finished with 12 saves on the night.
Sara Bane (Blue Ridge, Va./Lord Botetourt) took the majority of Randolph's 23 shots as she had 14 with four of those coming on goal.
The WildCats outshot the Pacers 23-15. Shots on goal, however, favored the visitors 12-9.
Randolph hosts Johnson and Wales (N.C.) on Friday. Game time will be at 4:00 p.m.
