Women's Lacrosse Drops ODAC Contest to Shenandoah

WINCHESTER, Va.- The Randolph women's lacrosse team hit the road on Wednesday as they took on Shenandoah in an Old Dominion Athletic Conference contest. The Hornets won by the final score of 17-2.

The Wildcat goals came from their top two leading scorers. Sarah Perry (Rocky Mount, Va./Franklin County) tallied her team-leading 18th goal of the season with 14:29 remaining in the second half. Hannah Bradley (Wye Mills, Md./Saints Peter and Paul) scored the 'Cats second goal off an assist from Perry.

Chrissy Shackleford (Warrenton, Va./Kettle Run) had 14 saves in goal for the WildCats. Her counterpart for Shenandoah, Gionna Maria, had four saves.

Randolph returns home to host Virginia Wesleyan on Saturday. Game time will be at 1:00 p.m.
