LYNCHBURG, Va. - The Randolph College women's lacrosse team dropped its final regular-season game to the University of Lynchburg, 21-1, on Wednesday at home.
The Hornets controlled the pace from the opening quarter, jumping out to a 6-0 lead in the first quarter and extending their lead to 12-0 early in the second.
The WildCats' lone goal came early in the second quarter when
Mackenzie Woodson found the back of the net to cut the deficit to 9-1.
However, the Hornets continued to build their lead behind a strong offense. Randolph continued to compete but was unable to generate additional scoring opportunities.

Henley Bagby, and
Alanna Jennings.
