LYNCHBURG, Va. - The Randolph College women's lacrosse team dropped its final regular-season game to the University of Lynchburg, 21-1, on Wednesday at home. 

The Hornets controlled the pace from the opening quarter, jumping out to a 6-0 lead in the first quarter and extending their lead to 12-0 early in the second.

The WildCats' lone goal came early in the second quarter when Mackenzie Woodson found the back of the net to cut the deficit to 9-1.

However, the Hornets continued to build their lead behind a strong offense. Randolph continued to compete but was unable to generate additional scoring opportunities.

Also, ahead of the game, the team honored its 2026 seniors, Mackenzie Woodson, Henley Bagby, and Alanna Jennings.
