Ashley Teer joins the Randolph College cross country and trackand field staff as an assistant in the spring of 2013. Teer bringswith her an array of coaching and competitive experience in theathletics world.
Most recently, Teer served as a track and field graduateassistant at her alma mater, Liberty University, where she wasin-charge of many aspects in meet management, recruiting, andscheduling. Teer was a competitor for the Flames from 2006-09,where she ran cross country, middle distance and the 400mhurdles.
Before her time at LU as a coach, Teer was an assistant coach atthe University of Great Falls in Great Falls, Mont. Along withtraining her athletes, she focused on academic advising and growthas well as recruiting nationally.
Teer received her B.S from Liberty in May of 2009 incommunication studies, while attaining her M.A in sport managementin December of 2012. She is also a USA Track and Field Official,and was a member of the Valley Royals Track and Field Club inAbbotsford, British Columbia, Canada from 1996-2004.
