2018: Finishes her career with 2,454 assists to stand second in career record books...her 874 career digs rank 10th in school history...appeared in all 31 matches...concluded the season with 610 assists, averaging 5.60 assists per set...had 14 matches with 20 or more assists...stands second on the team with 34 service aces and fifth on the team with 229 digs...recorded a season-high 42 assists against Eastern Mennonite on Oct. 20.
2017: Appeared in and started all 27 matches...finished fifth in the ODAC in assists per set (5.97)...recorded 555 assists on the year...third on the team with 197 digs, averaging 2.12 per set...had 12 matches with 20 or more assists...notched seven double-doubles on the season...tied for second on the team with 41 service aces...recorded a season-high 49 assists against NC Wesleyan on Oct. 28.
2016: The captain exploded as a sophomore after having a tremendous first year…after splitting time at setter in first year, took over as sole setter…assisted on 763 kills during the year, which was the fourth-highest single-season total in program history…that total was 80% of all assists for Randolph…one of only three players to play in every match and set…was also adept in other aspects of the game…recorded 54 kills, with a career-high of six on three occasions…finished third on the team in digs with 249…had a career-high of 16 against NCWC, which also came with 43 assists in win…posted 12 double-doubles, with assists and digs…had a career-high 53 assists against Ursinus, which was also the most in a five-set match in program history…was only under 20 assists in seven matches…finished fifth in the ODAC in total assists…will look to continue her way up the record books as a junior.
2015: Came on campus and proved to be one of the most important players to the team, as she played in every match and 96 total sets…shared setting duties throughout the year, and at times took over the sole role…was in double-digits for assists in all but three matches…assisted on a season-high 40 against Ferrum College…recorded 30 or more assists in four other matches: both Hollins matches, Mary Baldwin, and Emory & Henry…was also a major asset defensively…on eight different occasions scooped up double-figure digs…finished the season with 526 assists and 208 digs…will look to take over the sole role as a sophomore after losses to graduation.
Previous: Played for Nansemond-Suffolk Academy for three years, including starting two and being a captain for one…helped the Saints win back-to-back State Championships (2013, 2014)…named Duke Automotive Fall Female Player of the Year as a senior…named First-Team All-State as a junior and senior, while being on the all-conference first-team as a senior and second-team as a junior…won the coach’s award as a senior.
Personal: Daughter of Jimmy and Kelly Gillerlain…was a Student Ambassador in high school and a member of the Breast Cancer Awareness Club…earned a Presidential Scholarship…swam for one year in high school.
