Indoor: Personal best in the weight throw at 9.63m at the Joe LaRocco...season-best of 10.42m in the shot put at the Indoor ODAC Championships
Outdoor: Personal best in the hammer throw of 32.58m at the Jack M. Toms Invite...threw a new personal best in the shot-put of 11.16m at the WildCat Invitational...scored a point at the Outdoor ODAC Championships in the discus (34.98m PR) for eighth place...received the team's Team Spirit award
2023-24:
Outdoor: Set personal bests in all three throwing events...hammer throw (20.60m)...discus (22.54m)...and shot put (8.66m)
