Indoor: Broke a school record in the 200m (26.59) and set a meet record in the 400m (1:00.97) at the The Burg Open...set the Randolph school record in the 400m in 1:00.66 at the Joe LaRocco...set personal best in the 60m hurdles of 10.41 at the Holiday Open...personal best in the 60m dash in 8.18 at the Liberty Open
Outdoor: Posted five school records...ran a 57.80 in the 400m dash at ODAC Championships for second place, 400m hurdles (1:06.65), 4x100m relay (47.93), 4x400m relay (4:08.59), 4x200m (1:45.48)...personal bests in the 100m (12.71) and 200m (26.04)
2023-24:
Outdoor: Set new program record in 400 meters (1:00.32) at Hill City Twilight ... had a personal best in the Shot Put of 6.07 meters ... record time of 1:07.35 in 400 meter hurdles at WildCat Track Festival ... Set Heptathlon record of 2,767 points at Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational ... also set new 800 meter record time of 2:32.69 ... was a part of 4x400 meter relay team that set record time of 4:10.16 at Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ... member of 4x100 meter relay team that set program record mark of 49.13 at ODAC Outdoor Championships
Personal: Daughter of Cindy & Chris Taylor ... one sibling named Laura Taylor
Previous: Jessica was the first person at her high school, in 20 years, to qualify for states in cross country ... broke the school record for the 500 meter run and part of the 4x4 squad that holds the school record till this day ... went to Adidas Nationals for both indoor/outdoor track ... Jessica was part of the national honors society in high school
