Indoor: Posted four school records...Mile (5:36.41), 3000m (11:03.85), 5000m (19:28.39), and part of the distance medley relay (14:03.49)
Outdoor: Broke four school records...1500m (5:09.72), 5000m (19:12.08) at ODAC Championships for ninth place, 10,000m (39:26.71) at ODAC Championships for sixth place, and 3k steeple (12:38.31)...set a school record in the 3000m in 11:02.77...received the team's Most Inspirational award
Personal: Daughter of Dave Sass and Joyce Palmquist ... has one sibling
