Bernadette Connor is in her second year as the head women's lacrosse coach at Randolph College. Coach Connor led the WildCats to a 3-9 overall record in 2021, with a draw control total of 158 to their opponents 185. The 2021 season saw Sarah Perry receive ODAC All-Conference Third Team honors as well as ODAC player of the week with a ODAC high of 49 goals and 67 draw controls. The young 2021 squad also celebrated the freshman season of Sophia Cirone who collected 32 points and 62 draw controls under Connor's leadership.
"We are very excited to have Bernadette join our staff at Randolph College," said former Director of Athletics Tony Berich. "She has outstanding experience as a coach and a player at the Division III level and we are sure that she will bring that championships mentality to our program."

Connor is a 2007 graduate of The College of New Jersey where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science Teaching. She was a four-year player on the Lions lacrosse team that won the NCAA Division III National Championship in 2005 and 2006 and was a Final Four National Finalist in 2004.
Connor has coaching experience at the college, club, and high school level. Her coaching career began in 2008 as the assistant varsity girl's lacrosse coach at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North in West Windsor, NJ. In 2014, Connor became the assistant women's lacrosse coach at Kean University. She was the offensive coordinator and draw specialist and involved in all aspects of building the program. The Cougars were an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad from 2014-2017 during her time there. Connor returned to her alma mater as a volunteer assistant coach in 2018. The Lions were New Jersey Athletic Conference Champions and a NCAA Final Four semifinalist.
While teaching Heath and Physical Education at South Hunterdon Regional from 2007 to 2014 Connor served as the head middle school boys soccer coach and spent one season as an assistant for the Varsity girls basketball program. Connor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2015 from Thomas Edison State University.
