Lee-Washington joined the Randolph track and field program prior to the 2014-15 season to work with the throwers.

A four-time individual ODAC champion, Lee-Washington is a graduate of Lynchburg, where his 55'2" in the weight throw qualified him for NCAA Nationals in 2006.

"Rory was a national-caliber thrower at Lynchburg," head coach Bill Cooper said. "He will bring a lot of leadership to the throwers and is a great addition to our staff."
