2016-2017: (Indoor) – Competed only at the Bast-Cregger Invitational…finished fourth in the mile with a time of 4:45.15…set a new PR in the 3,000-meter race, running 9:33.90. (Outdoor) – Ran in distance races and helped with the 4x400-meter relay team during the campaign…showed improvement throughout the year in the 1,500-meter race, posting a season-best of 4:26.05 at the ODAC Championships…helped the 4x400 team take sixth at ODACs with a time of 3:35.5, and earn points for the WildCats.

2016: (Indoor) – Followed his successful XC season with a very good indoor season…ran distance races at five meets…ran on the 4x400 meter relay team…set the top time at the Liberty Kick Off at 3:39.63…also was part of the team that earned points at the ODAC Indoor Championships…had a top 1000 time of 2:52.09 at the Liberty Kick Off…posted a career-best in the 800 at the Darius Dixon Memorial with a time of 2:07.52. (Outdoor) – Did similar running during the outdoor season…ran the 1500 at five meets, with a best of 4:19.92 at the ODAC Outdoor Championships…only ran the 800 at the Roanoke Invitational, finishing with a time of 2:09.07…helped the 4x400 meter relay team earn points at ODACs, as the team finished seventh in a time of 3:37.97…will look to improve as a sophomore.

Previous: Ran track for two years at Riverbend High School...qualified for the state championships as a Bear.

Personal: Son of Michael and Rachel Clem...has one older brother...played football and wrestled in high school...also a member of the cross country team at Randolph.
