2015: One-half of the two-headed monster in goal, finished a great career in 2015…started 11 games and played in two off the bench in his last season…posted three shutouts: Roanoke, Eastern Mennonite, and Emory & Henry on Senior Day…had a season high seven saves in the tie against EMU…made game-saving stops against Bridgewater when he came in relief and in the tie against Roanoke…finished the season with 43 saves…finishes his career in third in several school records: saves (160), wins (20), shutouts (10), and games started (40)…will be missed by the team and the staff.
2014: Started all 18 games in goal...did not allow a goal in the run of play through the first five games of the season...Randolph had seven shutouts on the year...Stevens went wire-to-wire in five of those games...finished with 67 saves and a .788 save percentage...kept a goals against average under one (0.98)
2013: Acted as team manager due to injury.
2012: Dealt with a early season injury but still was able to play in nine games, starting eight...great quickness and reactions...posted a goals against average of 1.04...made 34 saves during the season...allowed only eight goals in nine games...posted 690 minutes on the year...went 5-2-1 on the year, chalking up one shutout...earned a shutout against Lynchburg, making six saves...posted a season-high of 10 stops in a big road win at Methodist...only allowed more than one goal on one occassion...should continue to see time as a junior.
2011: Instinctual goalie that had a great future for the WildCats...makes big saves in big spots...played in eight games, starting five between the pipes...was 4-0 in net...earned his biggest win over Lynchburg College, making eight saves in a 2-1 victory...had one shutout...made 16 saves on the season.
High School: Was a four-year letter winner and three year starter for the Confederates of Lee-Davis HS...also lettered in football as a kicker...was a three-time All-Capitol district keeper...earned Central Region second-team as a senior ...All-Capitol Academic Team all four seasons.
Personal: Son of Charles and Sally Stevens...has one brother, Parker...sport and exercise studies and sociology double-major.
