GREENSBORO, N.C.- The Randolph men's lacrosse team began its 2026 on the road on Friday as the WildCats traveled to Greensboro College. The Pride defeated the 'Cats by the score of 20-6.
Cooper Callan (Fredericksburg, Va.) scored two goals to lead Randolph. Noah Callahan (Bristow, Va./Brentsville District) and (Parker Eastman (Ruther Glen, Va./Riverbend) both scored once as did Jordan Nutter (Fredericksburg, Va./Courtland HS), which was the first of his career. Chase Callan, Josh Parker (Fort Moore, Ga./North Stafford), and Jacob Bucceri (Spotsylvania, Va./Caroline HS) all had one assist each. Four of Randolph's six goals were man-up and the WildCats were overall 4-of-8 on extra-man opportunities.
Parker was 8-of-17 on faceoffs and picked up six groundballs. Cole Robbins (Chesterfield, Va.) had five groundballs.
Keegan Slider (Saluda, Va./Christchurch School) started between the pipes and finished with 14 saves in 48:31. Jayden Rosado (Lynchburg, Va./St. Cloud HS (Fla.) had three saves in 11:20 of game time.
Randolph hosts its home opener next Saturday at WildCat Stadium. Game time will be at 3:00 p.m.
