Men's Cross Country Races at JMU Invitational

Edward Koroma makes 8k debut for the WildCats.
NEW MARKET, Va. - The Randolph men's cross country team went up to New Market Battlefield for the JMU XC Invitational to race the 8k against four other schools.

Almost a photo finish between Edward Koroma and Mason Williams for the WildCats. However, Koroma was the first WildCat to cross the finish line, running a time of 30:56.4 for 34th-place in his 8k debut and Mason Williams came in at 30:57.9. Jacob Johnson clocked a 33:31.2 in his debut followed by Aiden Bartulis in 33:46.6. Rounding out the squad was Ariel Huseni with a time of 35:14.7 and Conner Fulcher finished in a time of 51:04.1

The 'Cats are back in action next at the Roanoke XC Invitational for the regional preview on Oct. 18 in Salem, Va.
