BRIDGEWATER,Va. - The Randolph College men's cross country team started their season Friday at the Eagle Cross Country Challenge hosted by Bridgewater College. The team finished 6th overall with 170 points.
First-year
Edward Koroma led the way for the WildCats, running a time of 22:05.5 to finish 26th overall in the 6k. First-year
Jacob Johnson set a time of 23:57.7 for his first race as a WildCat. Sophomore
Mason Williams followed suit with a 23:58.9. First-year
Aiden Bartulis was not too far behind, running a time of 24:59.6. Rounding out the team was first-year
Ariel Huseni, who finished with a time of 25:42.4.
The WildCats will take a couple weeks as they prepare for the JMU Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 26 hosted by James Madison University. The course will be located in New Market, Va. and the start time is 5:30 p.m for the men's 8k.
