FOREST, Va.- The Old Dominion Athletic Conference announced its 2025 All-Conference Team for Men's Soccer on Thursday afternoon. Randolph First Year Marcus Cortes (Annandale, Va./Annandale HS) was named to the Third Team.
Cortes is the WildCats' first All-Conference selection in three years. He is the first Randolph first-year to be named since Blake Heatherly in 2013.
Cortes led Randolph with seven goals scored and added two assists for a total of 16 points as he started 16 of 17 contests for the 'Cats in 2025. He scored a goal in his first collegiate game which was a 1-1 draw to Marymount. Cortes tallied a goal in three of his last four games of the season and tallied points in four of the last five contests. His lone game winning score came in a 2-1 victory over Guilford.
Cortes led the WildCats with 37 shots and 11 shots on goal. His 1,310 minutes played ranked third on the team.
