SALEM, Va. - The Randolph women's soccer team went up to Roanoke College for a Wednesday afternoon game. The WildCats fell short against Roanoke 0-2 in conference play.
It was all Roanoke in the first half, with a two-goal lead going into halftime. The first goal came in at the two-minute mark into the game. The second goal was scored at the 31-minute mark in the first half of the game.
The Maroons outshot the WildCats 26-3 in the game. Shots on goal were 12-2 in Roanoke's favor. Randolph starting keeper
Rachel Fields picked up eleven saves during the game.
The 'Cats are back at WildCat Stadium on Saturday at 2 p.m. to face Shenandoah.Â
