SWETT, N.C. - Randolph College Women's Wrestling had several members place at the St. Andrews University Open where the team competed against Allen, the Apprentice School, Pembroke RTC, Scotland, and the host school St. Andrews.

Kylie Brigman was the WildCats first podium finish placing first in the 117 weight class. In the first round, Brigman defeated Minne Locklear of Scotland by a fall of 0:59. Brigman advanced to the next round and won by fall of 0:47 over Jillian Ellis of St. Andrews.

Alanna Jennings placed first in the 124 weight class after receiving a bye.

In the 145 weight class, Alexis Spade placed 2nd after winning by forfeit over Cathia Timas of Allen and dropping round three to JahMya Hill of Allen won by fall of 1:52 over Spade.

In round one of the 160-weight class, Ida Pellei of the Apprentice School won by default over Jenna Moening. Moening forfeited the second round to move on to round three and win by no contest over Laney Rhodes of St. Andrews to place third in the weight class.

Other finishes include, Satori Swanson with a fourth-place finish in the 138-weight class and Mikayla Ozueh finishing fourth in the 207-weight class.

The 'Cats are back on the mats on Tuesday at Greensboro College.
