MISENHEIMER, N.C.- The Randolph women's tennis team traveled to Pfeiffer on Sunday to face the Falcons. The WildCats fell to Pfieffer 9-0.

In the singles portion of the match, Valentina Santos (Valcenia, Venezuela/Instituto de Education Activa Idea) went to a super tiebreaker with Megan Rekieta at first singles. Santos took the first set 6-2 but fell 6-4 in the second set and 10-7 in the tiebreaker.

Zu Elkhansa (Charleston, W.V./George Washington) won three games against Sycney Gray but fell 6-3 in the first set and then 6-0 in the second set at second singles. Bailey Livingston (Evington, Va.) had the same result as Elkhansa in her #4 singles match against Alison Sloop. Livingston won three games in the first set but lost 6-3 and then 6-0 in the second set.

Randolph travels to Mary Baldwin on Wednesday. The match starts at 1:00 p.m.
