STAUNTON, Va.- The Randolph women's tennis team made a midweek trip up to Mary Baldwin to face the Fighting Squirrels. The WildCats won the match by the score of 8-1.

Zu Elkhansa (Charleston, W.V./George Washington) and Valentina Santos (Valcenia, Venezuela,/ Instituto de Education Activa Idea) won at first doubles 8-3. Jenna Fink (Madison Heights, Va./Amherst) and Bailey Livingston (Evington, Va.) won their match at third doubles 8-4.

The WildCats won all of their singles matches. Santos won her match 7-6, 7-5 over Katlyn Massie at first singles. Ekhansa was a 6-3, 6-4 winner over Gretchen Lutz at #2. Sabrina Dickerson won her match against Alexis Seymore 7-5, 6-1 at #3. Livingston won 6-1, 6-2 at #4. Cassidy Bell (Monroe, Va./Amherst County) went to a super tiebreaker in her match winning 3-6, 7-6, 10-3 at fifth singles. Fink defeated Kelsey Bantel 6-1, 6-1 at sixth singles.

Randolph hosts Averett this coming Saturday. Match time is at 1:00 p.m.
