LYNCHBURG, Va.- The Randolph women's soccer team hosted Bridgewater on Saturday afternoon at WildCat Stadium on Senior Day. The Eagles won by the score of 7-0.
Bridgewater led in total shots 25-1 and in shots on goal 15-1. Corner Kicks favored the Eagles 9-0.
Maddie Friel (Suffolk, Va./Nansemond River) stopped seven shots in goal for the WildCats.
Prior to the game, Randolph recognized its two seniors.
#17 Kaila Leitz
Kaila has been with the team for two years and played in four games this season. She is a Sport and Exercise Studies major with a History minor and is graduating in three years. Lietz had also performed practicum hours with Athletic Training.
#19 Abby Whitlock
Abby played in 41 games in her career with the WildCats and made 20 starts. She played a total of 2,216 minutes and scored her first career goal this season. She is a member of Chi Alpha Sigma and three times was named to the ODAC All-Academic Team. Whitlock is an Environmental Science major with a minor in Studio Art.
Randolph concludes its season with an overall record of 6-7-3 and an ODAC record of 2-7-1.
