Volleyball Earns Non-Conference Sweep in Tri-Match With Peace and Salem

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Randolph earned a pair of wins today at a tri-match hosted by William Peace.

The WildCats started the afternoon with a rematch with the hosts after Randolph took a 3-0 decision against the Pacers at the RAD Center on Sept. 10.

In just Peace's second home match of the year, Randolph was once again on the right side of the decision today, earning the team's 14th win of the year.

Set scores were 25-23, 25-15, 25-19.

Senior Jordan Templin led the way with 15 kills and was aided by 10 from Katherine Lesnak.

Lesnak and senior Lexi Harrington each had nine digs to top the WildCats.

The WildCats came back to the court in the day's second match, as well, facing off with Salem.

In a hotly contested battle, Randolph was on the right side of a five-set victory.

Set scores were 23-25, 25-17, 25-22, 20-25, 15-8.

The WildCats return to conference play with a home matchup with Guilford next. First service will be on Friday at 7 p.m.
