Before Randolph, Fletcher spent three years at Towson University (Md.) on the strength and conditioning staff for the Tigers, and also has NCAA Division I experience as an assistant at Texas A&M, an intern at Virginia Tech, and a volunteer at Radford (Va.). He is no stranger to Div. III, having completed his graduate work at Springfield College (Mass.) and serving as a graduate assistant coach.
The Roanoke area native is also no stranger to Central Virginia. A graduate of Lord Botetourt High School, Fletcher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from Radford in 2018. He also holds a master's in strength and conditioning from Springfield in 2021. He is a Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach (RSCC) and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
