Justin is in his second season as an assistant coach on Coach Kee's staff. He will be in charge of alumni engagement.
Dalton brings more than 20 years of coaching experience at various levels. He was previously the Associate Head Coach at Virginia Episcopal School for two stints in 2015-2016 and 2018-2022. During his time, VES was 2016 VISAA State Champions. He was a coach with Team Loaded in Richmond from 2015-2020. His 17U team in 2015 had a final ranking of #1 in the country and were National Champions. His 15u team was ranked #1 in 2019. Dalton also spent time at Hargrave Military Academy from 2016-2017 as an assistant coach. The team was National Prep Semifinalist posting a record of 44-2. He also has coaching experience at several local high schools.
