Carrington Neel joined the Randolph College tennis program as an assistant coach in 2012. Neel has assisted at many tennis camps and clinics in the area, including the Randolph College Tennis Camp in 2012 as well as the Jubilee Tennis Clinic. She was also an assistant tennis coach at Liberty Christian Academy in Lynchburg where she assigned player rankings, established doubles partners and did match strategy. Before LCA, she was an assistant director of tennis camps at Holten-Arms Prep School in Rockville, Md.

She is working on her USTPA certification, and has been a member of various USTA sanctioned women's and mixed doubles teams.
