Biography

2012-13: Had another up and down season as a sophomore playing mainly No. 3 singles for the WildCats ... went 6-11 on the season overall, while posting a 5-10 mark at No. 3 singles ... was 7-9 overall in doubles, including going 5-3 at the No. 2 pairs position ... won three of her first four matches of the season ... picked up her only No. 2 singles win of the year at Bluefield College April 7 ... won four of her last five doubles matches of the year, including her last four regular season matches at No. 2 pairs ... chalked up straight set wins over Southern Virginia, Lynchburg and Ferrum.

2011-12: Showed alot of promise for the future with a solid first-year campaign ... when mentally focused, she proved to be one of the better No. 2 or No. 3 players in the league ... went 7-10 on the season ... played most of her matches at No. 2 singles ... went 4-6 in the ODAC ... also chalked up a 7-10 doubles mark as a first-year ... got her first collegiate win in singles in her first tournament, knocking off a player from Ferrum September 17.  

Before Randolph: Two year letter winner at Midlothian HS ... served as a captain during her senior season ... four time district champion ... earned an all-academic letter during each season ... member of the National Art Honor Society.  

Personal: daughter of Kathryn and Frank Culpeper ... has two siblings, Vivian and Benjamin ... came to Randolph because of its academic reputation and to play tennis ... SGA and MAC member ... nursing major.
