2019: Started eight of nine games … picked up six groundballs and caused three turnovers

2018:  Took a step forward on defensive end of the field … career-best 12 caused turnovers … picked up 16 groundballs.

2017: Played a major role on the backline…unsung for her work defensively, but routinely shut down her opponents…played in every game and started all but one of them…played only a little on offense due to her importance on the defensive side of the ball, but found the back of the net against Sweet Briar…caused two turnovers against St. Vincent and Virginia Wesleyan…finished the season with 15 ground balls, four draw controls, and seven caused turnovers…will look to continue her work as one of the best defenders as a junior.

2016: Had a very good first season on Rivermont Ave…played in 12 games, starting eight of the contests…missed some time due to an injury but was impactful when stepping on the field…scored her first-career goal against Marymount...helped the WildCats defeat Lancaster Bible with a goal…finished off a three-game point streak with her first-career assist against Hollins…will look to take on a larger role in her sophomore season.

Previous: Played lacrosse for three years at Hayfield Secondary School…started for two seasons for the Hawks…captained the Hawks for one season.

Personal: Daughter of Robert and Laurie Butler…has one younger sister…member of the National French Honors Society in high school…earned a varsity letter for the debate team.
