Emily Eby joined the Randolph College women’s lacrosse program as an assistant coach in January 2023. “Emily is a wonderful addition to our program, she has a passion for lacrosse and for supporting players as they grow. We are so excited to add her knowledge and experience to our coaching staff.” - Bernadette Connor
Eby played four seasons at Averett University as a goalie helping the program reach multiple playoff appearances in the USA South Conference. Eby was also a two year member of the Averett University Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
Eby works full time with Lynchburg City Schools at Hutcherson Early Learning Center as a special education instructional assistant.

A native of Hagerstown Maryland, Eby earned her bachelor’s degree in physical education and coaching from Averett University in 2022. She’s currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in special education at the University of Lynchburg.
