2025: In her Sophomore campaign... ran personal bests in the 4k at 17:44.3 and in the 6k at 25:59.7.

2024: First year running at the collegiate level...ran personal bests in the 5k at 23:30.7 at the EMU Mennonite Heritage XC Invite and 26:21.6 in the 6k at the 2024 ODAC Cross Country Championships... Awarded the team's Rookie of the Year 

Previous: Participated in cross country, basketball, soccer, track and field, and dance team at King William

Personal: Daughter of Michael and Gretchen Frayser ... has three siblings ... has raced in NASCAR Division V weekly series on and off for the past four years
