2016: Finished an outstanding career with the best season of her career…started the season playing a very solid defensive centerfield…moved to shortstop halfway through the year in order to help the team…was flawless defensively at the position…led the WildCats with a .398 batting average, registering 41 hits on the season…also had the most stolen bases on the team with 12…was outstanding from a slugging perspective as she finished second on the team at .524…did so by hitting seven doubles and two home runs…was fifth on the team with 20 RBI…played (130) and started (126) the sixth-most games in program history…also finished in the top-10 in hits, doubles, and home runs…will be missed by the team and staff and will be tough to replace.
2015: The outfielder saw action in all but three games during the year…used her speed to great advantage, taking seven bases on the year…hit .296 on the year, with a slugging percentage of .465…scored ten runs on the year…knocked three doubles and three homeruns during the season…had 12 RBI, which included a season-high three in the 11-3 win over Bridgewater College…also recorded 43 putouts in the outfield, while boasting a fielding percentage of .957…will look to have a great senior season, increasing her numbers in every category.
2014: Played in 29 games in the outfield...had 68 at bats, posting 17 hits...six of those were doubles...hit a home run for the second straight year, this time at Guilford...missed the team''s spring break trip, but played in all but three games besides that...went 3-for-4 with three runs in a thrilling 12-11 10-inning win over Roanoke...had two hits in the ODAC tournament against Randolph-Macon with a run and RBI...tied for the team lead with seven steals.
2013: Had a very productive season for the WildCats during her first campaign at the College ... started all 30 games she played in as a first-year before an ankle injury cost her the last 12 games of her season ... batted .326 on the season, which was third best among regular starters ... finished tied for the team-lead with 10 stolen bases despite missing time ... had her first three-hit performance of the season at Virginia Intermont February 24, going three-for-five with two runs and two RBI ... connected on her first collegiate bomb in an 8-6 win over Salem March 10, driving in a career-high four runs that game ... had three hits in four at-bats against Maine-Presque Isle ... posted two hits in as many at-bats in her final contest of the season ... chalked up two stolen bases in a game twice ... never caught stealing as a first-year ... committed just one error in center field all season.
Before Randolph: Was a four-year standout on the softball diamond for the Red Dragons of St. Albans High School and head coach Greg Garber ... helped lead her squad to a 2010 AAA West Virginia state championship ... voted 2009 MSAC ... 2010 and 2011 2nd Team All-State ... voted as a All-State first teamer as a senior in 2012 ... graduated with high honors ... Spanish Honorary member.
