Biography

2013: Went from the bullpen to the starting role as a junior and flourished as Randolph''s top arm ... posted a 11-10 record as a junior, registering a career-low 3.13 ERA ... appeared in 28 games for Randolph, starting 20 times ... finished 15 of her 20 starts ... posted two saves ... logged 126.2 innings of work as a junior ... struck out 109 ... was third in the ODAC in appearances and saves ... fifth in the ODAC in shutouts ... finished third in the leagur in K''s ... tossed a gem on the season-opening 2-1 win against Averett, going seven innings and allowing just one run ... struck out 10 at Virginia Intermont in a 6-4 loss ... posted a complete game shutout against Sweet Briar, fanning 11 ... registered seven or more strikeouts in six starts ... posted two wins against Guilford on the same day, going seven innings and allowing three runs and no runs in game one before going two innings to finish an extra-inning victory ... holds school records of most saves (11) and strikeouts (209) going into her senior season.

2012: Took another step in becoming one of the most effective relievers in the league ... saw action in 25 games, including a league-leading 18 in relief ... finished the season 3-4 with a league-best five saves ... posted a 2.62 ERA ... allowed only five earned runs over her last 28 innings of work ... earned two saves in a doubleheader with Emory & Henry College ... struck out a season-high six batters in a win over Castleton State.  

2011: Had a solid first campaign as a WildCat ... was the top pitcher for the Randolph down the stretch ... tossed 71.2 innings on the year in 27 appearances ... allowed only one earned run her last 12 frames of work ... struck out a season-high 10 against Sweet Briar ... second in the league in saves with four ... third in appearances in the ODAC ... had 25 at-bats as a first-year ... got her first collegiate hit Apr. 2 against Sweet Briar.  

High School: Was a one-year letter winner at Midlothian High School...was named second-team all-district as a senior...her club team, the Richmond Elite won the national champtionship back in 2008.  

Personal: Is the daughter of Michael and Michele Carter...has one sister, Ashley...is a history major.
