Paul Biggs

Biggs was named the first Randolph men's wrestling coach in October 2023. He came to Randolph from fellow Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) institution Ferrum College, where was serving his second stint as an assistant coach with the men's wrestling program. Biggs was an assistant coach from 2016-2018 and rejoined the program in the summer of 2023.

From 2017-23, Biggs was the head wrestling coach at Morehead High School in Eden, N.C. He also started the Caveman Wrestling Club while there.

Biggs is a 2016 graduate of Ferrum where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in accounting.
He was the first wrestler to compete all four years for the Panthers, grappling on the club team as a freshman in 2012-13 and competing as a varsity participant for his final three seasons. He qualified for the 2016 NCAA Division III Wrestling Championships after earning a runner-up finish in the 149-pound weight class at the NCAA East Regional. He was also a regional place winner in 2015.
