Indoor: Had two personal bests in the 200m (24.04) and 60m hurdles (8.85) at the Liberty Open
2023-24:
Indoor: Ran a few personal bests in the 400 and 60 meter hurdles ... clocked a time of 54.43 in the 400 and 8.86 in the 60 placing fifth overall at ODAC championships.
Outdoor: Ran a personal best time of 58.18 in the 400 meter hurdles at WildCat Invitational
2022-23:
Indoor: Ran a personal best time of 1:34.83 in 600 meters at Bast-Cregger Invitational
Outdoor: Ran personal best times of 55.00 in the 400 meters and 59.97 in the 400 meter hurdles
2021:
Outdoor: Had his best time in the 400m hurdles at Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic as he finished in 1:02.10 ... came close to topping that mark at ODAC Championships (1:02.55) ... season-best time of 19.72 in 110m hurdles at North River T&F Invite
