Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 60m with a time of 7.13...indoor personal-best in the 400m (50.08) at the ODAC Indoor Championships to place third...school record time of 22.11 in the 200m...part of the 4x400m relay meet record breaking time of 3:21.79 at the ODAC Championships
Outdoor: Part of the meet record breaking 4x400m relay team of 3.16.66 (first place) and school record 4x100m relay team of 41.52 (third place) and ran a 400m personal best 49.33 at the ODAC Outdoor Championships...an outdoor personal best of 22.29 in the 200m at the Dr. Jack M. Toms Invitational...was part of the 4x400m squad that broke the school record in 3:14.56 at the Duke Twilight...received the team's Most Improved award
2023-24:
Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.34 ... Colby was also a part of the record breaking 4 x 200 and 4 x 400 meter relay teams.
Outdoor: Was a part of both record breaking 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams at ODAC Championships .... 4x400 placed first ... had personal best times of 22.35 and 51.04 in 200 and 400 meters, respectively, at WildCat Invitational
2022-23:
Indoor: Ran personal best time of 7.49 in 60 meters
Outdoor: Competed in Long Jump for the first time and posted a measure of 5.64 meters at WildCat Track Festival
2022:
Outdoor: Ran the third-fastest time in the 400 meters at WildCat Twilight (51.77) ... 200m time of 23.23 is fourth all-time .. ran a time in 100 meters of 11.59 at Jack Toms Invitational ... was a part of 4x400 relay team that set new record of 3:27.60 at ODAC Championships
Personal: Son of Allan and Rebecca Lambert ... has two siblings ... also a member of the men's soccer team
