Career Stats

2013: One of the core members of the strong defense for Randolph ... showed the ability to play both close and long stick middie throughout the season ... very physical player that does not mind the contact ... showed strong stick skills during the year ... played in all 16 games for Randolph, getting the starting nod in three ... finished fifth on the squad with 13 caused turnovers ... also picked up 23 ground balls during the campaign ... turned the ball over just eight times all season ... posted a big game against Bryn Athyn, picking up four ground balls to go with two caused turnovers ... had two forced mistakes and three ground balls in a win over Franciscan ... had two caused turnovers against Guilford (April 10) ... picked up a pair of ground balls against Greensboro (February 27), Washington and Lee (April 13) and Hampden-Sydney (April 17) ... will return as a key part of the defense in 2014.

2012: Baker returned to the starting lineup as a sophomore and played well for Randolph on defense ... started 14 games on the season ... finished the season with 22 ground balls ... had a season-high of four loose ball pickups three times ... had a season best four caused turnovers against Mitchell College ... had three caused turnovers against both Greensboro and Albright College ... finished the campaign with 13 forced turnovers ... should continue to progress as he gets older. 

2011: Big, aggressive defender who can play as physical as anyone...loves to throw his weight around...contributed immediately, starting all nine games he played in...caused eight turnovers on the year...chalked up three caused turnovers against Ferrum...posted a pair of caused turnovers in both the Randolph-Macon and Hampden-Sydney games...had nine ground balls on the year.

High School: Justin attended Jesuit High School in New Orleans, LA…played three years of varsity football…started two seasons… won a district championship in football… wrestled one year on varsity…started three seasons of varsity lacrosse…Runner-up in two State Championship games…All State and All District in lacrosse.

Personal: Son of Shannon Marie Baker…English and Political Science major…plans on being in the Student Government at Randolph College.
