Biography

2013: Versitile attack player who also took runs at midfield...active player who moves well without the ball...solid shot...good defender...played in 15 games as a first-year player, missing only the road game at Virginia Wesleyan...started once...posted a goal and an two assists in his first collegiate game against Southern Virginia February 16...scored once against Franciscan March 14...posted single tallies against conference foes Guilford and Randolph-Macon...had a career-high three ground balls in a win over Franciscan.

Before Randolph: Was a two-year letter winner for head coach Kyle Winner and the Blue Streaks of Manheim Township High School...helped lead the Blue Streaks to the 2011 Lancaster Lebanon League championship...played with now Randolph-Macon College lacrosse player Ryan Russell...was in the ski club during his freshman year.

Personal: Corey is the son of John and Debra Nehlig...sport and exercise science major...decided on Randolph because of the small class size.
