Coach Hensley joined the Randolph College Coaching staff in 2013 and is going into his fourth season with the WildCats with high expectations. Coach Hensley serves as a defensive coordinator for the WildCats.  Developing into a defensive specialties coach, Hensley works exclusively with defensive personnel and leads the Man-Down unit for the WildCats. He also is charged with running the substitution box and has played a large part in the recruitment efforts over the past four years.   

Coach Hensley is a native of Lynchburg and was a former player of Coach Bladen and Coach Dukes. He graduated from Liberty University in 2011 with a degree in Business Management. Coach Hensley brings with him six years of coaching experience.

Prior to coaching at Randolph College, Coach Hensley served as the head lacrosse coach for Rustburg High School. Coach Hensley continues to work on growing the sport in the Lynchburg area and looks forward to every opportunity to put a stick into a new player's hands.
