2015 All-State Second-Team
2016: Ended one of the best careers with an incredible final season…proved to be a lockdown defender throughout every game…routinely placed on the other team’s top offensive option…would be placed on an island coming out of timeouts, guarding the player with the ball while the rest of the team would shut off the other players…was up to the task…used his physicality to force 53 turnovers on the year…the total led the ODAC by almost 20…the 53 turnovers was also good for a tie for second in the entire Division III…also picked up 47 ground balls, which was good for third on the team, and put him in a tie for 21st in the conference…ended his career with a caused turnover in one of the last possessions of the game, knocking the stick out of a Guilford player…leaves the program with 128 caused turnovers, 33 more than second…tied for second in ground balls with 187…will be missed on the backline by the coaches and the team.
2015: Kept up his improvement and became one of the best in the region, as he was named to the All-ODAC and All-State teams…started and played every game for the WildCats…scored his first-career goal against Roanoke…tallied three goals and three assists…caused the second-most turnovers in the conference, with 34 on the year…also top-10 in groundballs, with 69 on the year…had his best game in the win over Methodist, as he picked up nine groundballs and caused five turnovers…also caused five turnovers against Roanoke…picked up eight groundballs and caused four turnovers against Randolph-Macon…will be looked to for a major leadership role and to continue being one of the best defenders in the region as a senior.
2014: Continued to be one of the best defenders for the WildCats, as he started eight games and played in all but one game on the year…registered his first-career point with an assists against Roanoke…finished the season with 31 groundballs and 24 caused turnovers…scooped up four groundballs against Roanoke and Washington and Lee…caused four turnovers and corralled three groundballs in the win over Bridgewater College…will be expected to continue his growth as a defender.
2013: Had a very solid season for the WildCats this year as a long-stick middie and close defender...very strong and quick for a first-year player...plays very physical...played in all 16 games for the WildCats...finished with 17 caused turnovers on the season, 19th best in the ODAC...had 40 ground balls in his first season...fired three shots, putting two on goal...also faced off at times for Randolph...posted six ground balls and two turnovers caused in a 16-0 win over Franciscan...had six ground balls in a loss at Washington and Lee April 13...had five ground balls and four caused turnovers March 27 against Bryn Athyn...had three ground balls and three forced giveaways in the season finale against Randolph-Macon April 20...registered three caused turnovers in a 11-2 victory over Bridgewater...had five games with multiple caused turnover counts .... should continue to be a big contributor for Randolph in the years to come.
Before Randolph: Was a three-sport standout for the Eagles of Edison High School...lettered three years on the lacrosse field, starting for three years...played for former Lynchburg College standout JJ Jeffries...captain as a senior...led his team to a National District title...named third-team All-Northern Region...also starred on the football field...named first-team All-Nationa District for football...also helped win three district titles in wrestling as a team...earned one individual wrestling district title.
