2011-12: Got into 28 games as a junior, starting 15 contests ... had games where he was extremely productive ... had career-high''s of 14 points and nine rebounds at Eastern Mennonite 1/21/12 ... finished with 12 points and six rebounds at Emory & Henry ... was four-of-five for 10 points in a home win over Guilford ... upped his career-high in rebounds to 11 in a victory at Washington & Lee ... solid post defender ... led the team in charges taken with 12. 2010-11: A fundamental big man that gave the WildCats big minutes this year ... had some of the best post moves on the team ... played in all 28 games for Randolph, starting once ... had a season-high 13 points in a win over Emory & Henry College ... posted 11 points each in wins over Washington & Lee and Penn State-York ... shot 53.4 percent from the field on the year ... also got to the line 81 times ... took the most charges on the team in 2010-11 ... will continue to be a rotation big man as a junior. 2009-10: Had a very productive season as a first-year player, playing in every WildCat game, starting a pair of outings...scored his first double figures game against Virginia Intermont College, as he scored 11 points on 5-7 shooting from the floor...started his first game of his career against Ferrum College on 11-18-09...at Guilford, he hit five of his six shots for 10 points in 20 minutes of play...logged a season-high of 23 minutes at Hampden-Sydney College, grabbing four boards and scoring seven points...at Virginia Wesleyan scored nine points, knocking down five of his six atempts from the free throw line...had a season high five boards against Christendom College on 11/20...scored seven points against Guilford, as he made both field goal attempts and was a perfect three-of-three from the line. Personal: Dylan is the son of the late Diana Shiflett and the late Stephen Shiflett...has three siblings, Kylie, Brett and Nicole...Shiflett is majoring in english at Randolph College...came to Randolph to be a part of the basketball team and because of gorgeous, cozy campus...attended Cape Henry HS from 2006-09 where he was a four year letter winner and three year starter for head coach Larry Ward and the Dolphins.
