LYNCHBURG, Va.- The Randolph men's lacrosse team hosted #3 The University of Lynchburg on Wednesday evening in the WildCats' regular season home finale. The Hornets defeated the 'Cats by the score of 22-2.
Both of Randolph's goals were scored by Cooper Callan (Fredericksburg, Va./Massaponax) and assisted by his brother Chase. Cooper Callan finishes the season having scored in six of his last seven games. Chase finishes the year with a career-high 20 assists, which leads the team. He also ends his career with 58 assists, which sits in third place on the Randolph all-time list.
Kalon Ross (Landover, Md./Central HS) had one caused turnover in the game to give him 23 for the year. That is already a career-high for him.
Startling goalkeeper Keegan Slider (Saluda, Va./Christchuch School) finished with seven saves in 38:46 minutes between the pipes. He concludes the 2026 season with 255 saves to set a WildCat single-season record. Jayden Rosado (Lynchburg, Va./St. Cloud High (FL) came in for 21:14 and ended with three saves.
The game marked the final contest for seniors Chase Callan, Britton Malcolm (Churchville, Va./Buffalo Gap), and Ethan Condon (Atlanta, Ga./Decatur HS).
