SALEM, Va.- The Randolph men's lacrosse team traveled to Roanoke on Saturday for an ODAC tilt against the Maroons. RC won the game by the score of 24-1.
Cooper Callan (Fredericksburg, Va./Massaponax) scored Randolph's goal at 14:40 of the fourth quarter. It was his 13th score of the season and his fourth straight game scoring at least one goal.
Jordan Nutter (Fredericksburg, Va./Courtland HS) picked up a pair of groundballs as did Cole Robbins (Chesterfield, Va.) and Kalon Ross (Landover, Md./Central HS). Robbins and Ross both caused one turnover each. Ross leads the WildCats with 22 caused turnovers on the season.
Keegan Slider (Saluda, Va./Christchuch School) played 30 minutes in goal for the WildCats. He made 11 saves. Jayden Rosado (Lynchburg, Va./St. Cloud High (Fla.) came in for the other 30 minutes of game time and stopped six Maroon shots.
Randolph hosts Hampden-Sydney on Wednesday. Game time from WildCat Stadium will be at 3:00 p.m.
